1. Refund and Chargeback Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or extensions are permitted.

  • You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider. Your purchase confirms acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Program Delivery

  • Re-Defining You is a 30-day private Telegram coaching container with tailored Human Design guidance.

  • Support is provided Tuesday through Thursday during the 30-day program window.

  • Daily guidance will be delivered via voice notes, text, or resources inside Telegram.

3. Program Access & Expiry

  • Access to the Telegram container begins on your official start date and ends after 30 consecutive days.

  • No additional time, pauses, or extensions will be granted.

4. Client Participation

  • It is your responsibility to actively participate in the program during the 30-day window.

  • Missed days, late responses, or periods of inactivity do not entitle you to extensions, refunds, or make-up coaching.
